Catering included in registration fees:
Fulltime registration fees include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for both days of the conference.
Day registration fees include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the chosen day of the conference.
QUT Staff: Please note you cannot use your QUT Corporate Card to pay registration fees. Please complete the registration process, and select the QUT Staff payment option. You will then be prompted to enter the journal account code for payment.
Accommodation can be booked as part of your registration, however costs are additional to the registration fees. Please see the Accommodation page for more details.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, either by mail, facsimile or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received up until Friday 25 July 2014, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation, if advised in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Conference.
